Purpose
The Library Education Division is committed to enriching the professional lives of librarians and library staff members in Oklahoma. With our broad goal of advancing library/information science education in Oklahoma, we provide workshops and conference programs which initiate and continue the education of librarians in all stages and areas of librarianship. We disseminate information to aid those starting out in librarianship, but also present information about new and emerging areas to aid librarians already established in the field.
Meetings
Library Education Division meetings are open to all members of the Oklahoma library community who are interested in the prospects, problems, and processes of advancing professionalism for librarians and library staff members.
